-Standardized automatic material racks with single/double/four/six bins, effectively solving the problem of continuous loading during the production process. Equipped with loading arm (limited to "direct-entry" models), which can directly feed the positioned material pieces into the press molds.

-Adopting servo motor with precision planetary reducer, high speed and smooth feeding, fast and accurate positioning.

-Adopt hydraulic lifting system to hold the material, which can carry heavier material and is stable and reliable.

-PLC automatic controller can accurately control the rising height of the material bin to ensure that the material surface is always at the same height. -With stacked material separation function: according to the material characteristics of the choice of magnetic separation, scraping tooth separation, blowing separation and other configurations. With double-sheet detection function: equipped with double-sheet detection controller to ensure that each time the material is taken for a single sheet effect.

-With automatic calibration function: the calibration device can calibrate the position of the material sheet to ensure that the material sheet taken by the robot is in the same position.

-Optional oil spraying, oil rolling and oiling device can be installed according to requirements. Through the PLC automatic controller to accurately control the amount of oil discharged, to ensure that the surface of the sheet of material oil coverage, effectively save resources, reduce costs, and protect the environment.
